The South Australian government has announced plans to strengthen protections for home buyers left in the lurch by collapsed builders.
It follows the collapse of Felmeri Homes nearly 18 months ago that left numerous homes in O'Halloran Hill unfinished.
To enhance safeguards for buyers, the government is seeking public feedback on proposed regulations for housing developers.
